HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A MOTH PROBLEM?
Holes in clothes and carpets and visually seeing moths or moth larvae.
I THINK I HAVE MOTHS, WHERE DO I START?
Firstly, try to find the source of the moths if you are able to. Under furniture, inside the sofa, up the chimney, in the carpet, in the wardrobe etc. We would suggest using one of our Moth Boxes to monitor and determine the extent of the moth problem you may have. Once this is done, we can help to advise a treatment plan with you.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, apple pay, google pay and PayPal via the secure Shopify payments platform. If for any reason you are having trouble paying throughout website, we will happily assist you and take your order over the phone.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Stock permitting, all UK orders will be dispatched within 3 working days once the order has been received.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All parcels are sent on a tracked service. You will be sent your tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
We use the Royal Mail or a Courier partner, usually UPS.
DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
No, although we can track your order, it does not require a signature.
WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
If you are not in when an attempt is made to deliver your parcel, then a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection. You can leave a note on your order with details of a safe place if you would like.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE COMPLETED IT?
We can amend your order if you call us before it has been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, you will need to place another order. Please call us as soon as possible on 01420 588 588.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can cancel your order if you contact us before it has been dispatched. If you want to cancel once items have been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us for a refund of the goods only within 14 days of purchase.

CAN I SEND TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we’ll send your order straight to them.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OVERSEAS?
We do ship internationally. See our Delivery Page for details.
ORDERS DISPATCHED INTERNATIONALLY
For International deliveries you will not be charged VAT but you may be liable to pay taxes, duties and a clearance fee before the parcel can be delivered to you. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. We do not accept liability for these charges. Should you choose to refuse the parcel, we are unable to refund the original postage charges, or the possible cost to return it to us. We are able to ship liquids internationally but these require specific shipping. Please contact us to add this onto your order.
