All orders
For all postage our cut off time is 1pm Monday – Friday. Order before this time for same day dispatch. Excluding bank holidays.
International Orders
For the USA, we are sending small parcels only with all duties paid and a set delivery fee. For all other international deliveries, we will produce a commercial invoice for your parcel, and we will not charge you VAT. However, you will be liable to pay taxes, duties and a clearance fee before the parcel can be delivered to you. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. We do not accept liability for these charges. Should you choose to refuse the parcel, we are unable to refund the original postage charges, or the possible cost to return it to us, as well as the customs charges and taxes.
Returns Information
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We kindly ask that items are returned unused and in their original packaging wherever possible. As our products are designed for use in wardrobes and on textiles, we are generally unable to accept returns once items have been opened.
