Delivery prices are based on the total weight of the products in your order. We ship to the UK and internationally to Europe and USA. For large or heavy orders you will see an on-screen message at checkout asking you to call or email us. This is so that we can provide you with the best delivery rate. We can also accept orders by telephone or email. 

For all postage our cut off time is 1pm Monday – Friday. Order before this time for same day dispatch. Excluding bank holidays.

Free UK delivery on orders over £60 up to 2KG. Free delivery does not apply to international shipping.

CUSTOMS & VAT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all international deliveries, we will produce a commercial invoice for your parcel, and we will not charge you VAT. However, you will be liable to pay taxes, duties and a clearance fee before the parcel can be delivered to you. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. We do not accept liability for these charges. Should you choose to refuse the parcel, we are unable to refund the original postage charges, or the possible cost to return it to us, as well as the customs charges and taxes.
