Orders

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro and PayPal via the secure SagePay platform.

When will I receive my order?

Stock permitting, all UK orders will be dispatched within 3 working days once the order has been received.

Royal Mail 48® Hour Tracked (Small parcels)
Private Courier Signed For Delivery (Large parcels)
Free delivery for orders over £150 (UK only)

How do I track my order?

All of our parcels are sent out on a tracked service, so if you have not received your order within the normal delivery timescales set out, then please call us on 01420 588 588 to track it.

Can I change an order once I have completed it?

We are unable to amend your order but we can cancel it to allow you to place a new order. Please call us as soon as possible on 01420 588 588 so we can stop your order from leaving our office.

Can I send to a someone at a different address?

Yes – just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we’ll send your order straight to them.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount coupon, enter the special code from your coupon into the ‘coupon codes’ box in your basket, and click ‘Apply Coupon’. The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the relevant product/your order.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

UK delivery – £4.50 small parcels up to 2kg, £8.00 large parcels. Free UK delivery on orders over £150.

Do you accept orders from overseas?

We do ship internationally and the amounts will vary depending on weight, but the website will calculate this for you.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Stock permitting, all UK orders will be dispatched within 3 working days once the order has been received. We use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked or a Courier 24hr Tracked service depending on the weight of your item.

Who will deliver my order?

We use the Royal Mail or a Courier partner, usually UPS.

Does my order require a signature?

No, although we can track your order, it does not require a signature.

What if I’m not here when my order is delivered?

If you are not in when an attempt is made to deliver your parcel, then a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection. You can leave a note on your order with details of a safe place if you would like.

Returns and refunds

How do I return an item?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if, for any reason, you’re not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt.
