Making a purchase could not be easier
- Enter our store using the Shop tab on the top menu, and a collapsible menu will appear on the left (for desktop users) or further down the page (for tablet and mobile users). Use this or the Search function to find what you are looking for.
- When you find a product that you would like to buy, select the options and quantity you want then just click the “Add to basket” button.
- This will take you to your basket; from here you can proceed to the checkout, make any alterations, or continue shopping to add more items.
- If you wish to view the products in your shopping bag at any point, click on the shopping trolley icon in the top left corner of the page.
- When you have finished shopping, select “Checkout” and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Complete your delivery and credit/debit card details. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment, and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping and handling
Delivery prices are based on the total weight of the products in your order. We ship internationally to Europe and USA as well as within the UK.
For large or heavy orders you will see an on-screen message at checkout asking you to call or email us. This is so that we can provide you with the best delivery rate. We can also accept orders by telephone or email.
Free delivery does not apply to international shipping.
Customs and VAT for international orders
Since leaving the EU, the UK’s customs arrangements have now changed. We will produce a commercial invoice for your parcel, and we will not charge you VAT. However, you may be liable to pay taxes, duties and a clearance fee before the parcel can be delivered to you.
The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. We do not accept liability for these charges.
Should you choose to refuse the parcel, we are unable to refund the original postage charges, or the possible cost to return it to us.
We guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order before it is dispatched (please contact us as soon as possible to do this) or if you are unhappy with your goods you may return them after receipt (see our Returns policy). We will refund to you in full any payments that have been made to us within 30 days. If you have any problems at all please contact us.
