Making A Purchase By placing an order via this Site you are making an offer to us to purchase the goods detailed in your completed order form. We will send an acknowledgement of your order with details of the products you have ordered. A contract between you and us for the sale of goods shall only arise when the order has been accepted, processed and despatched by us to you.
Shipping And Handling Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 3 days of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within 5 days of placing the order.
International Orders If you need delivery outside the UK please place your order by phone or email so that we can work out the best delviery option.
Back Orders If for some unforeseen reason your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order or part thereof if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges 15% VAT is added for all orders made from the UK or the European Union. All other orders are VAT free, however you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties that may apply.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order before despatch or if you are unhappy with your goods you may return them after receipt (see Returns Policy). We will refund to you in full any payments that have been made to us within 30 days.
Returns Policy If you are not completely happy with an item, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unwashed and with all labels intact. Please include your details, return and order number so that we may identify the goods and organise the refund or exchange.
UK returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order. In the UK, four days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. For all returns except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement.
For orders shipped to addresses outside the UK we need to receive your return within 20 days. Ten days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. You'll need to pay return postage for all orders sent outside the UK. Please mark your package clearly as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid delays at customs. We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
Gift box charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Replacements requested will not be gift boxed, we suggest keep the box, if you received a gift box with the original order.
Shipping charges will no be refunded if goods are returned (however replacement items will not incur shipping charges again. Express delivery of replacements can be requested at the time of return and the difference will be charged to your card.
