Making A Purchase By placing an order via this Site you are making an offer to us to purchase the goods detailed in your completed order form. We will send an acknowledgement of your order with details of the products you have ordered. A contract between you and us for the sale of goods shall only arise when the order has been accepted, processed and despatched by us to you.
Shipping And Handling Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 3 days of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within 5 days of placing the order.
International Orders If you need delivery outside the UK please place your order by phone or email so that we can work out the best delviery option.
Back Orders If for some unforeseen reason your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order or part thereof if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges 20% VAT is added for all orders made from the UK or the European Union. All other orders are VAT free, however you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties that may apply.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order before despatch or if you are unhappy with your goods you may return them after receipt (see Returns Policy). We will refund to you in full any payments that have been made to us within 30 days.
Returns Policy If you are not entirely delighted with the products you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of despatch indicating whether you wish to have an exchange or refund. PLease contact us before return so we can issue you a returns number.
Please note we can only accept items for exchange or refund if the goods are in perfect condition.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. Please include your details, return and order number so that we may identify the goods and organise refund or exchange.
