Storage

"The Wardrobe" is a light, airy space which is delicately scented with our unique, natural fragrance made using extracts from seven different, organically grown plants from around the world. The storage space is insect and damp free, alarmed and secure. Once your clothes have been collected, the inventory is checked by the wardrobe consultant who will organise dry cleaning and repairs (giving you a quote for both) and then store them in breathable, washable garment bags until you need them or the seasons change.

Please note that all garments must be clean in order to be maintained properly. A fully itemised inventory, of all your items in storage is then emailed or sent to you.

The minimum requirement is one clothing rail, capable of holding up to 50 garments. Prices start at £35 per week, per rail.

Big Storage Box

We have specially designed, breathable, collapsible storage boxes that fit the following:
Either
4 pairs of knee high boots
16 pairs of shoes, 60 folded t-shirts, 20 folded knitwear pieces or accessories such as bags, belts, scarves, gloves, ski kit etc.

The big box costs £20 to purchase and £5 per week, per box to store.

Gentlemen

Our large storage boxes are ideal for storing out of season hunting, shooting, fishing and skiing equipment including clothing, accessories, boots and shoes. The big box costs £20 to purchase and £5 per week, per box to store.

Total Wardrobe Care Products

Total Wardrobe Care has all the products to make your clothing storage even better. We offer a 20% discount to our storage clients on all Total Wardrobe Care products including hangers and garment bags. Once you become a client, we give you a special code which you can use online from there on to order products.

Terms

The standard rate is £35 per rail, per week and includes one 'clothing rail' which can hold up to 50 garments.

Additional items are billed at £4 per garment per month. Long hanging gowns/dresses are billed as two items.

TWC Storage boxes are £20 each to purchase and are £5 per week to store. We do not accept any other storage boxes, except specialist hat boxes (containing hats).

Clothing being put into storage must be clean in order to maintain the clothing properly. We assess all clothing upon delivery and if necessary, we are able to arrange for professional dry cleaning and/or repairs and a quote will be presented to you beforehand for your approval.

We request that you hand over an inventory of clothing on pick up for storage. We ask you to fill in an Excel Spreadsheet with the details required. This is sent to you and is easy to complete. If you are unable to do this then we can either come to your house and catalogue at £675 per day from 9am to 6pm or you can send you clothes in and we will catalogue them here at £85 per hour.

Adding Or Taking Out Garments

You are able to add new items to be stored at any time. You are entitled to two complimentary, seasonal wardrobe changes per year. Out of season switches will incur a £15 processing fee.

Delivery Policies

Central London

Deliveries are made by our TWC drivers from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm. All other times are by arrangement. Weekend deliveries need to be scheduled at least five days in advance.

We request five business days notice on deliveries. Deliveries given five days notice or more, will be charged at £15 for a pick up and £15 for a delivery.

Requests after 5pm will be processed the following day.

We require five days notice for delivery of 20 garments or more.

Deliveries requested with less than five days notice will be charged at £30.

We have a same/next day express delivery service in Central London only for £40 for up to five requested garments/items.

TWC is able to courier items nation and world-wide with five days notice. For example, if you wish your ski items to be sent to a hotel in a resort we can organise this.

All items sent/couriered must be signed for upon delivery.

Insurance

TWC has insurance cover for your clothes whilst in our care. Please ask for our full terms & conditions for specific details. These terms & conditions must be signed, agreed and abided by.
