Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Enter our store using the Product tab on the top menu, and a collapsible menu will appear on the left. Use this or the Search function to find what you are looking for.

When you find a product that you would like to buy, select the quantity you want then just click the "Buy" button. 

This will take you to your basket, from where you can proceed to checkout, make any alterations, or return to add more items.

If you wish to view the products in your shopping bag at any point, click on "View Bag" at the top of the page.

When you have finished shopping, select "Checkout" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Complete your delivery and credit/debit card details. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment, and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping And Handling

Stock permitting, all UK orders are usually despatched to arrive with customers within 7 days of placing the order.

Post & packaging costs are as follows:

£5 for lighter orders via Royal Mail signed for service 

£7 for heavier or bulkier orders via courier signed for service.

Free for orders over £150.

The delivery services will leave a card if you are out. Do contact us if you have not received your delivery within 7 days and we can track it for you.

International customers:

If you require delivery outside the UK, please browse the site but place your order by phone or email so that we can give you the best delivery rate. FREE DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or part thereof if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order before despatch (please contact us as soon as possible to do this) or return an order if you are not pleased with it. We will refund to you in full any payments that have been made to us within 30 days. After dispatch all returns are subject to our Returns Policy in Terms and Conditions.
